With only a name and a network, Ralcin Realty needed branding and a visual identity that conveyed luxuriousness, warmth and professionalism. Located in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, an area known for its natural beauty and high-end lifestyle, Ralcin Realty needed branding that reflected where they lived, gave a sense of exclusivity, and was approachable to their local community. The challenge was to communicate a brand that felt personal and connected with the local community without mass advertising while still keeping it unique and identifiable in a competitive market.

We aimed to create a brand identity that was accessible but echoed luxury, showcasing Ralcin Realty's commitment to delivering service of the highest standard to all in the area. By taking cues from the luxuriously coastal location, the brand's overall look was intentionally approachable, allowing space for the human to human connection valued by Ralcin Realty. Key strategic decisions included:

  • A Coastal Luxury Look and Feel: The ocean and surrounding nature was the perfect design inspiration, establishing a calm, welcoming and recognisable feel. A palette of serene, luxury colours to represent the natural beauty of the Gold Coast whilst simultaneously creating trust between the consumers and the brand, helping Ralcin Realty establish themselves as the go to estate agents for luxury properties along the coast.

  • Professional Elegance: Using a traditional serif typefaces carries a level sophistication associated with authority and respectability. In choosing a refined classic type, we could reinforce Ralcin Realty’s reputation as being respective and trustful as experts in the industry and as a high-end service/property selling agency.

  • Memorable Identity: By creating a monogram that could be used independently or with the primary logo wordmark, we could easily showcase the businesses status a ideal clientele without using words. The traditional significance associated with monograms is a status of prestige, therefor a monogram for Ralcin Reality would increase recognisability whilst simultaneously reinforcing the businesses tailored quality services.
