Evolve Health Digital is a boutique digital health coaching and advisory organisation in Australia, with a focus on leadership, workforce development, and digital health transformation. Evolve was founded in 2021 by James Foxall and James Carpenter. Evolve works with healthcare teams and people across Australia to help to solve complicated technical and political problems in healthcare. Evolve comprises a network of industry-leading consultants and enables bespoke coaching, consulting and training initiatives with the main intention of improving team dynamics, leadership and ultimately, patient experience.

Transforming Healthcare Leadership from the ground up.
Evolve Health Digital approached Studio BOLDR at the commencement of their journey, looking for guidance in establishing a professional, recognisable business from the ground up. They had the initial business plan, but no branding or online presence. Evolve Digital Health needed everything from a business name to a website. Evolve wanted to create a strong, coherent brand that aligns with their mission to improve health outcomes through leadership and digital transformation.
Our Approach: Building a Brand with Purpose and Precision
To achieve this, we focused on creating a brand identity that was both professional and inviting while also standing out in a competitive industry. The logo and website was designed to evoke trust, stability and prestige while still having an authentic Australian feel. There were a few key strategic considerations:

The logo needed to be a professional contemporary design that demanded attention and identified Australian Finance Brokerage's values to communicate clearly to their audience

The website had to have user experience at the forefront, with a goal to keep complex financial services simple, clear and readable.

The colour palette needed to feel Australian, but not be traditional. Inspired by the Aussie flag and our nation’s natural landscapes, we landed on a cool blue and orange colour palette. This would convey trust, stability, and prestige, all while maintaining an undeniably Australian look and feel, distinguishing AFB from the boring colours of competitors' brokerages.

To allow users to feel comfortable and at home with AFB, we needed to use genuine images of Australian places, families and people, humanising the brand and enabling an emotional connection with their target audience.

Logo and Visual Identity: Their clean and modern logo has blended geometric shapes with more organic curves, both which showcase the structured but efficient side of healthcare, and the human connection at the centre of everything that evolve does. Evolve’s bright and modern colour palette alludes to shades of green, black, white and metallic grey that evokes trust, growth, and innovation. The focus is around minimalist composition with technological inspirations, while maintaining their appeal to both corporate and healthcare audiences.

Their richly commercial, clean and modern site combines intuitive usability with compelling storytelling around their services and team interventions.
